Sanctify Your King-Priest Anointing | Yom Kippur 5785
To be sanctified means the process of being set apart and made holy by God. It literally means “set apart for a purpose.”
5785 is the year of the King-Priest anointing. This Yom Kippur, as we immerse into the water, we are taking physical action to speak to the spiritual realm that we are willing to be set apart and purified for God’s calling on our lives.
The process of sanctifying our King-Priest anointing leads to holiness, cleaning out the old and making room for the new that God pours into us for the season ahead.
This new anointing that God pours out promotes us in the spirit, bringing us closer to Him and allowing us to experience supernatural encounters and empowerment.
We are His earthen vessel to work through. So then, this High Holy Day of Yom Kippur is about:
- Repentance—turning away from the things that keep us away from God and turning toward His face.
- Atonement—accepting the atoning work of Yeshua and trusting His blood speaks on our behalf
- Sanctification—embracing the process of being set apart for God’s purposes to be made manifest in our lives
Join Rabbi Curt Landry as he leads you through a Yom Kippur message and immersion, where the books of heaven were opened at Rosh Hashanah and sealed during Yom Kippur!
