At Curt Landry Ministries, we are grateful for your support. Because we operate as a nonprofit, all purchases and contributions directly support our mission. Please review our policy below.
Donations
All donations are non-refundable.
Donations are considered voluntary contributions to support our mission and are not payments for goods or services. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 10 days of the transaction at info@curtlandry.com, and we will review your request.
Event Tickets
General Policy:
Event tickets are refundable subject to approval and become non-refundable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the event date.
Catered Event Tickets:
Tickets are paid in full at the time of booking and include catering commitments, venue costs, administrative expenses, and event coordination costs. Because catering numbers must be finalized approximately two weeks in advance, cancellations within 14 days cannot be refunded.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative processing and any disclosed event-specific terms.
Severe Weather, Government Shutdown, or Public Health Event:
If an event is impacted by severe weather, government shutdown, illness outbreak, or other circumstances beyond our control, Curt Landry Ministries may offer to convert the ticket payment into a tax-deductible donation or issue a refund. The resolution will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
Physical Products
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns:
Eligible items must be shipped within 30 days of initial delivery.
Products must be:
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Free from damage, wear, or alteration
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for buyer’s remorse or exchanges due to personal preference.
Curt Landry Ministries will cover return shipping costs when an incorrect item was shipped, the item was defective, or the product description materially misrepresented the item.
Original Shipping Fees:
Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to an error on our part, including incorrect or defective items.
Restocking Fees:
Curt Landry Ministries does not charge restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging if applicable.
If verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return Policy Exclusions
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products, including downloadable PDF books
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Apparel that has been worn or washed
- Consumable products such as anointed oil or food items
Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable PDF books with security protections, are non-refundable once purchase is completed. By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that access is granted immediately and refunds are not available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
International Orders
Curt Landry Ministries ships internationally to locations supported by UPS or USPS services.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and additional delivery fees imposed by their country. Refunds do not include customs or import charges.
