Ask the Lord: What needs to stay behind, stay in 5786?
What thought patterns, habits, fears, disappointments, or distractions have kept you in limbo? Because limbo is an energy stealer.
Ask the Lord: Lord, is this something You are asking me to pursue, or something You are asking me to release?
Get honest before God. Confess what you need and desire. Where do you sense His leading? Abandon the words and thoughts that contradict what God has placed within your heart. Embrace the transformation and take action.
Why is this preparation so important? Because Tishrei is coming—5787 is a battle year, but you will battle with the Word in your mouth.
Tishrei and the New Year
Enter Tishrei by embracing the Kingship of God, beginning with Rosh Hashanah on September 11—a significant date on the Gregorian calendar. It remains a wake-up call for America and the nations. Will we remember the lessons of that day, or fall asleep spiritually?
The trumpet sounding at Rosh Hashanah is calling us to awaken. The Lion of Judah is roaring!
Remembering Yeshua’s atoning blood on Yom Kippur is a call to repentance, cleansing, and renewal, releasing the old and stepping into the new, refreshed, restored, and realigned.
Dwelling in His presence at Sukkot will bring a special empowerment by the Holy Spirit, with personal experiences of His acceptance and love.
5787 | A Year of Personal Encounters
I believe 5787 will be a year of personal encounters with the Lord. Months ago, He began speaking to me about this coming year, saying, “I am going to put My Word in your mouth like a two-edged sword.”
So, release what belongs to 5786. Repent where the Holy Spirit brings conviction. Forgive. Revisit the dreams and assignments that have remained dormant, and surrender afresh to His Kingship.
Do not carry yesterday’s hesitation into tomorrow’s assignment.
As you cross into 5787, position your heart to declare, “Lord, I receive all You have for me. Transform me. I submit to Your Kingship. Put Your Word in my mouth and empower me to fulfill all You have called me to do.”
The potential is there. Now is the time to unlock it, embrace it, and walk in it.
