As we move further into the new biblical year 5782, we need to be prepared and confident in our spiritual warfare strategy. First, let us remember Ephesians 6:10-13…

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”

3 Key Points to Understanding the Spiritual Warfare Strategy in 5782

1. Be strong in His power and might, not yours. 
2. Put on the whole armor of God. Cover yourself entirely with the blood of Jesus and the armor of God, leaving nothing open for the enemy to get a foothold in your life. 
3. Understand you do not war against flesh and blood. To win the battle in the new year, the spiritual warfare strategy must focus on the real enemy, not flesh and blood but principalities of darkness. 

We need a spiritual warfare strategy to hold back the antichrist spirit trying to steal our freedoms. 

Where Do You Stand?

This year, there are three places you could be standing…

1. On God’s side
2. Against God
3. On the side of indecisiveness

However, there is only one place to stand that will position you to receive the revelation for a spiritual warfare strategy that will equip you. And that is on God’s side. 

As the Body of Christ, we need to align with God corporately and individually in this hour. 

Biblical Year 5782 | Numbers, Letters, and Meanings 

As mentioned, we are now in the Hebrew year 5782. But what does that mean? In the Hebrew language, numbers are associated with the letters and have great significance. 

The number 5 is associated with the letter “hey” and means grace. This year, we need grace for revelation. 

The number 7 is associated with the letter “zayin” and can mean weapon. It contains the root word “zan,” which means food. So then, zayin can nourish, multiply, and intensify. For this year, zayin will multiply and intensify the grace and revelation. 

The number 8 is associated with the letter “chet” which means living waters and new beginnings. The Lord is releasing out of Heaven living waters of new beginnings in the year 5782. 

The number 2 is associated with the letter “bet” and represents a house or tent. God’s strength will be in your house.

As Ephesians 6 says, we do not battle against flesh and blood but against the powers and principalities of dark places. The key to a spiritual warfare strategy that works in the new era is…

• Understanding that we must cleanse ourselves from yesterday’s false crowns, identities, and doubts
• Cutting off the soul ties that have kept us aligned with our flesh 
• Putting on the mind of Christ

Then we will be fully prepared to receive the power of our personal priesthood in this new era. 

We are going to have to enlist God’s principles of warfare if we are going to win this battle. The good news is that He gives us His armor, His Word, and His instruction to be more than conquerors. Allow His grace and favor, His “Ruach”—His Breath, to bring you the revelation you need in the battle. When you walk in victory, people will ask, “How do you know what you know?” Your testimony and the blood of Jesus will overcome. Your testimony will be that you can see in the spirit and know what is coming against this nation. 

Have confidence that the Lord will reveal His peace. Say to Him, “Lord, I feel your peace. I see what you want me to do, and I know you are the God who is with me.”
