Putting God into Remembrance of His Word | Warring with the Blessings of Passover

Isaiah 43:26 tells us to put God into remembrance, to state our cases so that we may be acquitted. Many of us decree God’s Word, but do we ever put Him into remembrance of the 9 blessings of Passover after we’ve observed, decreed, and sowed?

This is why the blessings of Passover are so powerful. They give us God’s Word to stand on and decree His promises of…

  • Divine protection
  • Alignment
  • Divine authority
  • Supernatural health and prosperity
  • Multiplication and longevity
  • Freedom from corrupt covenants
  • And much more

These promises help to activate Joshua 1:8, making your way prosperous and having good success!

Rabbi Curt Landry walks you through the 9 blessings of Passover. It isn’t too late to activate and decree them for yourself. Do this now!

Transcription from Podcast (Revised for Readability)

Shalom. Rabbi Curt Landry here with Ancient Principles, Kingdom Authority. This is an exciting podcast for me because it was 33 years ago when I was born again.

Curt Landry’s Background

I came out of the corporate world as a corporate-trained individual, understanding that culture, the science behind motivation and sales, and everything you must do to succeed. I had this radical conversion of becoming born again. I left all that knowledge and those principles behind. I pressed into this book (the Bible).

And one of the scriptures that hit me, which is a Passover scripture, is in Joshua chapter 1…

  • “’Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them—the children of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses.’”—Joshua 1:2-3

This is a powerful principle because God is saying if you want to develop and become the good leader you want to be and I want you to be, then you must do Joshua 1:8….

  • “’This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.’” (emphasis added)

What is Good Success Mentioned in Joshua 1:8?

I started to research “good success,” what the principles were, and what the Hebrew language said about it. I found that “good success” means to prosper or tsaleach in Hebrew. You answer the call of what God created you to do. And you are content with it.

The result of tsaleach is that your physical body is not stressed. Your body is healthy. Your soul—your mind, will, and emotions—are healthy, and your spirit man is at peace with what’s going on with your body and your soul. So that means when your mind is communicating ideas and concepts, you have that three-stranded cord possibility.

How Does Good Success (Tsaleach) Work Itself Out in You?

  • When you are born again, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ in you, comes and abides in you.
  • Then you have access to supernatural power from the Creator.
  • All things become new through the redemptive, supernatural power from the Creator of being born again.
  • The Holy Spirit speaks God’s Word and will to your spirit-man, sanctifying and giving you new life.
  • And your spirit-man instructs your soul—your mind, will, and emotions—on how to make choices that change the direction of your life.
  • When you act on those directions and make God-aligned, good choices, your body, as science proves, starts to heal and redeem itself.

This is the story of Passover.

Passover 2023/5783 Quick Review

This year in Passover, I shared it in the last podcast, but if you weren’t with me, here is a brief review.

It is the biblical year 5783, so the number 3 really jumped out at me.

  • The number 3 is about wholeness, and it represents wholeness
  • It represents a three-stranded cord that Solomon spoke about in Ecclesiastes, that it’s not easily broken.
  • It talks about the unity of body, soul, and spirit
  • It talks about unity with God’s covenant power through the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob

The First 3 Cups of Passover

Then you have the first 3 cups of Passover that release us from the bondage of this world…

  • The cup of sanctification
  • The cup of healing
  • The cup of redemption

Check out the Passover from this year, and you’ll see the power of those cups.

I want to answer your question now, and you can always submit a question to us using the chat feature on our site.  We take all of them very seriously, and we try to answer them through the materials that we produce because we’re here to serve you and help you grow. We’re here to answer those questions.

You ask, “What are the 9 blessings of Passover?”

What Are the 9 Blessings of Passover?

You can get the Passover Haggadah here.  On page 19, it begins to list the 9 blessings of Passover. Know that it is my desire with these podcasts to think of us sitting down together and having coffee or lunch and answering your questions.

The first thing I think of when answering this question is how Pastor Tim at House of David, my associate for 22 years, has answered…“When you get into a crisis situation, what is your go-to thing?”

  • Pastor Tim replied, “I go into prayer with my wife, and we put God into remembrance of the 9 blessings of Passover.” He said, “For me, as a farmer, it’s kind of like the farmer’s prayer.”

The 9 Blessings to Put God into Remembrance Of…

You can observe Passover, meditate on these blessings in God’s Word, and decree them. Put God into remembrance of them and use them in spiritual warfare.

  • Blessing 1: The blessing is from Exodus 23:20, and it’s releases a promise of divine protection.

“’Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.’

Decree: I decree and declare that I will have divine protection over all of my family and business affairs.

Now, think about that, divine protection. Listen, we have children, we have grandchildren. We travel internationally and all the different plagues and diseases that are out there, and it is wonderful to know that by celebrating Passover, we have a so-called insurance policy that guarantees the promise of divine protection.

  • Blessing 2: This blessing comes from Exodus 23:22. And it releases positioning and alignment that provides protection from your enemies.

“’For My Angel will go before you and bring you in to the Amorites and the Hittites and the Perizzites and the Canaanites and the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I will cut them off.’”

Decree: I decree and declare that I will be in correct alignment and in the center of the Lord’s will!

Positioning and alignment are about being in the right place at the right time and avoiding enemy attacks. Let’s say there’s a car or a truck that’s a big truck, is out of control, and a madman is driving it down the street.  He’s driving 50 or 60 miles an hour. Your position and alignment are far away from the street, way behind the sidewalk, so even though this harmful, crazy thing is happening in the road, it’s not when you’re crossing the street. You avoid those accidents. You’re avoiding those sicknesses. You’re avoiding those diseases.

When you take the cups of Passover, you come into agreement with this alignment and say, “I’m going to align myself with sanctification.” It’s kadosh in Hebrew. “I’m going to be separated from my sin. My sins are expunged. I’m going to be physically healed, so I’m going to walk in healing and divine protection. I’m going to have redemption because I’m going to put God into remembrance of His Word,” which we’re doing right now with the nine blessings of Passover, and say, “Lord, I am in position and in alignment, and you will remove me far from my enemies.”

  • Blessing 3: This blessing comes from Exodus 23:24. It releases the commissioning of divine authority.

“’You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their works; but you shall utterly overthrow them and completely break down their sacred pillars.’”

Decree: I decree and declare that I will be commissioned this year to walk in divine authority.

One of the things that happen in the spirit at Passover is commissioning.  The Spirit of God recognizes you and puts a signet ring on your finger. In biblical times, a signet ring had an engraved seal on it, and that seal would be recognized as being able to seal documentation.

So let’s say I would take this paper here, fold it up, and send it to someone. They would drip hot wax right there on the seam of it, and then the king would take his ring, while the wax is still hot, and push it into the wax and seal it.

The person who receives the letter, or the instruction, receives the purchase order. This is what happened to Nehemiah.  Nehemiah had a sealed signet, basically a work order and purchase order, to repair the walls and everything he needed financially and physically. The king sealed it. The king didn’t need to sign it because they recognized that seal wherever they went, and they said, “Oh, this is from the king.” This is what’s interesting about a kingdom, the king has said, “Release everything to him.” And that happens to us in the spirit realm at Passover. We receive the commissioning of divine authority.

  • Blessing 4: This blessing comes from Exodus 23:25. It releases supernatural health and Kingdom prosperity.

“’So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.’”

Decree: I decree and declare that I will walk in supernatural health and Kingdom prosperity.

This prosperity isn’t a principle like prosperity preaching. I understand there are people that preach that. Rather this teaches Kingdom covenant authority, and one of the ways the Lord establishes His covenant with you is by healing your body and meeting all of your needs according to His riches and glory. When the Lord gives you abundance, it is so you can be a blessing to others. He wants to get His abundant to you so He can get it through you.

  • Blessing 5: This blessing comes from Exodus 23:26. It releases covenant protection for multiplication and longevity.

“’No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.’”

Decree: I decree and declare that I am free from all satanic witchcraft, false decrees and covenants, curses, hexes, all Baal structures and curses that lead to abortions of my spiritual assignments!

I think probably one of the toughest things that we do in ministry as pastors are ministering to young couples when there’s a miscarriage. For more than 20 years, we’ve dealt with every crisis you can imagine, but that’s probably my toughest one. Christie and I really love children, and we feel very protective of them, but when something like that happens, it’s nice to know that this fifth blessing in verse 26 is a blessing of covenant protection of multiplication.

This also applies to your call and spiritual assignment. You may not be pregnant, but you’re pregnant in the Spirit with your call, your purpose. Your miracle is on the way. And so many times, visions, dreams, callings, and blessings get sabotaged. This covenant blessing stops the sabotage. So many people actually have generational curses in their family where they get right up to the last little bit of time, and then there’s a boom, and then something happens, and the shoe drops. This blessing and decree break the enemy assignment in Yeshua’s name.

  • Blessing 6: This blessing comes from Exodus 23:27. It is a godly release of fear and respect from your enemies.

“’I will send My fear before you, I will cause confusion among all the people to whom you come, and will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.’”

Decree: I decree and declare a release of the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom within me. And I decree that my enemies will have a respect of the Lord in me—that they would not touch the Lord’s anointed in words, actions, or deeds!

That’s really a powerful thing when you’re in proper alignment with God, and Passover is probably one of the best launching places for that. You have a different level of warfare. You still have warfare, but you’re battling from more of a position of divine authority.

  • Blessing 7: This blessing comes from Exodus 23:28. It is a decree that the Lord will drive out your enemies.

“’The Lord will send hornets before you and he’ll remove the Hivites, the Canaanites, and the Hittites.’”

Decree: I decree and declare that the warring angels and the heavenly hosts from Zion will be released from heaven to do spiritual warfare on my behalf this year.

As you start to crawl, walk, and run into your new call, you sowed your Passover seed, you sowed the decrees in the Word, and now you’re starting to move forward into that healthy, prosperous call and purpose. The Lord says, “I will actually be right before you are removing the enemy.”

The arm of the Lord, the Zeroah, meaning “arm” in Hebrew, refers to the arm of the Lord. He stretches it out before you and saves you.

  • Blessing 8: This blessing comes from Exodus 23:30. It is a release of dominion and increase of your inheritance.

“’Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased, and you inherit the land.’”

Decree: I decree and declare the release of my ability to perceive and receive dominion and inheritance this year!

Sometimes we get impatient when we know that there’s a wealth transfer or health miracle coming. Trust the Lord and His timing to deliver those promises to you.

  • Blessing 9: This blessing comes from Exodus 23:33. It is a breakthrough and freedom from corrupt covenants.

“’They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against Me. For if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you.”

Decree: I decree and declare that I will be free and cleansed from all false covenants and destructive relationships, in Yeshua’s Name. AMEN!

So, the Lord is removing from us any corrupt covenants.

Born-Again Believers Celebrate Passover

Why is it significant for born-again believers to celebrate Passover?

Let’s go to Luke 22:14-20…

“When the hour had come, He sat down, and the twelve apostles with Him. Then He said to them, ‘With fervent desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer; for I say to you, I will no longer eat of it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.’

“Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, ‘Take this and divide it among yourselves; for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.’

“And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.’

“Likewise He also took the cup after supper, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.’”

The Lord never desired for us to transform the Last Supper into communion. The Last Supper was always Passover. And if you read the promises of Passover, it says, “These are an everlasting covenant with God.” It’s not a Jewish Passover. It’s the Passover of God.

I hope that this podcast has helped you. I hope the Ancient Principles, Kingdom Authority help you see the opportunity to put your feet up under His table, as it says in Psalms 23, “The Lord prepares a table for you in the presence of your enemy. He anoints your head with oil.” I pray that this year.

Go to curtlandry.com and watch our Passover Seder. It was so powerful. It’s a time of wholeness, renewal, and a time of great anticipation that you…
