Revelation 3 tells us that Yeshua holds the Key of David – what He opens, no one can shut, and what He shuts, no one can open. As we seek the Lord during Elul, we must learn to recognize His hand in both the open and closed doors before us.
Kingdom authority is not about position or personal promotion. It requires alignment with God’s character—a heart marked by humility, service, love, and surrender to His will. Sometimes that means trusting Him enough to release a door we desperately wanted to remain open.
As 5787 approaches, ask the Lord for discernment. Practice obedience in the small things. Allow Him to prepare and refine you like the polished shaft hidden in His quiver described in Isaiah 49.
