Unlocking Kingdom Destinies | Reflecting on 2023 and God’s Year-Round Faithfulness

Along our  journey with God, there’s great hope and perspective to be found in looking back. It’s in remembering that we find the pattern of His faithfulness, provision and unexpected movements. It’s in remembering that we rehearse for what He’ll do next.

2023 has been a year full of transition, growth, and vast demonstrations of God’s ever present help. Through the generosity of our partners, we saw the Kingdom advance across the nations. We saw hearts transformed and met by the Father throughout the Spring and Fall feasts of the Lord. We saw spiritual warriors and generous donors rise up to provide aid, love and support to Israel and her people in a time of war. We’ve seen miracles in the midst of pain and grief. And we continue to cling to Jesus in the midst of it, knowing He’ll keep showing up, healing broken hearts, surprising us, and making a way where there seems there isn’t one. For all we’ve seen, we know He’s just getting started!

Reflecting on God’s Faithfulness | Teachings and Spring Feasts

We began the year with a deep-dive study into Spiritual Warfare. This was a rich time of being equipped alongside brothers and sisters, pen and paper in hand, eager to learn and unlock Kingdom destiny by exposing what stands against it. We studied how to prepare ourselves, our families, homes, ministries, and businesses for times of spiritual warfare. We couldn’t have known what the year would hold, and in looking back we see God’s faithfulness, His kindness, in drawing us to be equipped in this way at the year’s start.

2023 proved to underscore the need to armor-up. We know the chaos and war in the world is motivated and sustained by a greater spiritual warfare. Truly we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6).

We fight from a place of victory because of the blood-covering. And that brings us to Passover.

Passover 5783 was a powerful season. Our focus was “Equipping the Saints to Walk in Kingdom Authority” which is key, because to unlock your kingdom destiny you have to know your authority. This is started and sustained by the blood of Jesus.

During Passover we focused on God’s desire for us to walk in wholeness. Wholeness of body, soul and spirit. God is after the restoration of your humanity. Every detail of how He made you matters and He wants you whole so you can fulfill your purpose and know the joy of adventure with Him. He’s after your freedom. And this freedom is sustained through covenant. A covenant with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, a three stranded cord not easily broken (Ecclesiastes 4:12). It’s this covenant that secures us to walk out great advancements forward in the midst of war, chaos and calamity. That is Kingdom Destiny, participating in the marriage of heaven and earth, the promise of the restoration of all things.

Shavuot underscored this with the theme “the Marriage of Mountains and Fire”.

We decreed together:

Whatever “mountain” you are facing, God shall make it a plain, leveled by His power and might. By the fire of the Holy Spirit, God’s instruction will be poured out so that you can overcome any mountain that stands in your way of walking in your destiny and purpose.

We came together empowered with purpose fueled by desire to ignite revival in hearts and lives. We celebrated the coming of the Holy Spirit, the flame that descended at Pentecost. Our Counselor and Comforter, the seal of our marriage covenant with God.

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” -John 14:26

It’s the Holy Spirit that teaches us, bringing into remembrance Jesus’ words, revealing the Son of God further. Unlocking Kingdom destiny is done hand in hand with Him.

Reflecting on God’s Provision | Fall Feasts and Wartime Aid

The start of the Fall Feasts of the Lord echoed Isaiah’s cry:

The doors are open! It is time to go through the gates!

“Pass through, pass through the gates, and go from old to new.

Prepare a new path for the people. Build! Build up a highway for them to come to me! Remove every hindrance and unfurl a banner for the nations!”

– Isaiah 62:10 (TPT)

And on the very last day of the season, on Simchat Torah, Israel was attacked by Hamas, and as a community, we began an intense focus on supporting the IDF and the Jewish people–living the revelation of Jews and Gentiles coming together as One New Humanity.

At the time of this writing, generous supporters came together as a great outpouring and faithfully provided these items and more as we Stand with Israel:

400 Bulletproof Vests

400 Protective Helmets

200 Mattresses

200 Headlamps

200 Phone Banks

125 Undergarment Sets

400 Hygiene kits

700 Field Wound Dressing

350 Arterial Tourniquets

150 Nights of Lodging for Displaced Families

700 Meals for Displaced Families

400 Medical Kits

24  Unit Medical Kits

300 Security Locks

100 Door Braces

300 Water Installations

40 Army Boots

200 Uniforms

300 Gifts for Wounded Soldiers

10k Hebrew Translated Reclaiming Our Forgotten Heritage

600 Meals for Soldiers

We have been blown away by the support and friendship of so many. We saw lovers of God move together as a body and stand strong in faith, generosity, intercession, and voice of truth; providing a covering over the soldiers who are defending the Promised Land from head to toe, activating the promises of Genesis 12:3– I will bless those who bless you.

Looking Forward | The Festival of Lights

More than ever this year, we need the hope that light overcomes darkness. We need to remember, as followers of Yeshua, that we carry light within us. In this hour the story of the Maccabees has fresh application, we see parallel themes everywhere. As we reflect on their story, a courageous family who led the fight against oppression and corrupted culture, who fought for the purity of their faith with sole dedication to the God of Israel, we see our partners and supporters, we see you. For truly the heart of the Maccabees is alive and well in every person who stands for the truth, for righteousness, for Israel and her people, and for dedication to the one true God.

This Hanukkah will be a holy moment.  We will celebrate around the globe as a bond of solidarity, standing equipped with faith as One New Man, One New Humanity, and with the nation of Israel. We pray you will join us for this powerful gathering on Friday, December 8th in person or online.

Entering Rest | Encouragement for You

As we’ve looked back we can see that the Lord was prophetically preparing us for the year ahead before we even knew what was coming. You can trust Him to do the same for you in 2024. Stay in community and discipleship, and write down His instruction to you as you embrace your spiritual heritage. (2 Tim 3:14-17)

In the midst of war, chaos, and calamity, do not lose sight of your goals and the prophetic words spoken over you. Take some time to break away, pray, listen, let go of the distractions and remember God’s heart for you, the vision He gave you. Goals to Grow By is a resource we offer to support you in this. We want you to remain equipped to fulfill your God-given purpose. Stay hopeful and work towards your future. Set your goals and keep the Word of the Lord before your hearts as a reminder. (Jer 29:11)

In times like this, it’s not uncommon to find ourselves overladen by burdens from the enemy.  We want to remind your heart today: you can let go of heavy things that aren’t yours to hold. There’s a light burden laden by invitation, an easy yoke that fits you perfectly. This is what Jesus offers. “Come to Me and I will give you rest,” He says. (Matthew 11:28-30).

We pray as this year draws to a close you know peace in the arms of the One Who shoulders governments and kingdoms, Who holds every detail of your life and holds it well.

We pray you connect deeply with those you love, trusting even the smallest act of sowing seeds can reap the biggest harvest.

As the psalmist proclaimed we proclaim over you: “Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.” (Psalm 126:5)

Looking Boldly Ahead

Together, we are preparing to walk into the new door of 2024 with a bold dedication.  Thank you to all who are standing with us and standing for us. We are eternally grateful for your support, for all of this is only made possible through partnership.

Providing meals and hope to holocaust survivors, lone soldiers and supporting Ukrainian orphans in Israel is partnership. Supporting safehouses, providing wells and an orphanage in Africa, planting olive trees in Israel and providing wartime support during crisis is partnership. Partnership with the Spirit of God and beautiful people willing to be His hands and feet.

All of this and more has been the testimony of 2023 and we look forward in eager expectation to what comes next. We are committed to unlocking Kingdom destinies, together. From all of us here at Curt Landry Ministries, Todah Rabah (thank you very much)
