Whitelist Emails

Whitelist Instructions for Email Domains

Before you go, may we suggest that you Whitelist our email address? Not sure what that means?

Whitelist means to approve or verify that an email is safe to be delivered directly to your primary inbox. This will only take a moment of your time, and will guarantee that you receive updates from us.

Android Devices –Samsung, Google Nexus, others…

1. Open our recent email.

2. Click on the default picture beside our email address.

3. In the popup window, choose

OK AOL Mail

1. Go to your Contacts in your toolbar on the right.

2. Choose Add Contact.

3. Enter our email address and any other additional information as needed

4. Press Add Contact to complete.

Comcast

1. Click on Preferences on your toolbar.

2. Choose Restrict Incoming Email.

3. Choose YES to access email controls.

4. Choose Allow Email from Addresses Listed Below.

5. Enter our email.

6. Click the Add button.

7. To finish, click Update.

Earthlink

1. Go to your Address Book.

2. Choose Add Contact.

3. Save our email to your contacts.

4. To finish, click SAVE.

Gmail

1. Open our recent email.

2. Click on the down-triangle next to the reply button.

3. Press Add (our email) to Contacts.

IOS Devices —iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, etc.…

1. Open our recent email.

2. Click on our email address in the header bar.

3. In the popup window, chose Create New Contact.

4. Add our email and any other additional information as needed.

5. To finish, click SAVE.

Mac Mail

1. Go to Address Book.

2. Choose File.

3. Choose New Card.

4. Enter our email and any additional information you may need.

5. To finish, click EDIT.

Microsoft Outlook 2003

1. Open our recent email.

2. With your mouse, Right-Click.

3. Choose CLICK HERE to Download Images.

4. To finish, add us to your Senders Safe List.

Mobile.Me

1. Open our recent email.

2. Click our email address in the header bar.

3. Choose Add to finish.

Mozilla Thunderbird for PC

1. Go to your Address Book.

2. Your Personal Address Book should be highlighted.

3. Choose NEW CARD.

4. In the pop-up window, under the Contact tab, enter our email address and any additional information as needed.

5. To finish, choose OK.

NetZero

1. Go to your Address Book at the top of your menu bar.

2. Choose Contacts.

3. Choose Add Contact.

4. Enter our email and any additional information as needed

5. To finish, click SAVE.

Outlook 2007

1. With your mouse, Right-Click on our email.

2. Choose Junk E-mail.

3. To finish, click Add Sender to Safe Senders List.

Outlook 2010

1. Choose the Home tab in your tool bar.

2. Choose Junk.

3. Choose Junk E-mail Options.

4. Choose Safe Senders.

5. Choose Add.

6. Enter our email and any additional information you need.

7. Choose OK to finish.

Windows Live Hotmail

1. Open our recent email.

2. To finish, click Add Contacts next to our email address.

Yahoo! Mail

1. Open our recent email.

2. Click Add to contacts next to our email address.

3. In the popup window, add any additional information that you need.
