Live Production Manager

Bring the mission of Curt Landry Ministries and House of David to life through Live Production and Events

Full-Time / On-Site Position – Fairland, OK

The Role

The Live Production Manager leadership position must be self-motivated and self-disciplined in areas of time management, budget-conscious project management, and cultivating a team to achieve the goals of CLM and HOD set forth by the leadership. He/she must also coordinate face-to-face production meetings with staff as necessary to prepare for each scheduled service, event, and on-site studio sessions.

The Live Production Manager must have a working knowledge and the ability to train staff and volunteers in the following areas of oversight, including maintaining relationships with vendors/contractors in the areas of these services for support.

Direct areas of responsibility will include:

  • Ability to lead and manage a small live production team
  • Coordinate production meetings with leadership and staff
  • Detailed project/event management
  • Create and develop content consistent with the voice and tone of the ministry
  • Live Production (Fridays, Special Service Events, Studio Production, etc.)
  • Training Volunteers and Staff
  • Scheduling Oversight
  • Equipment Check including Line Checks
  • Pre-service Set-up
  • Live Production Flow (continually implementing improvements)
  • Support on-site Studio Filming
  • Misc. A/V Recordings & Other Misc. Projects as Assigned
  • Postproduction Assistance
  • Recording Services (captured and transferred to editor)
  • Basic Editing Skills
  • ProPresenter and Media Testing Pre-Service
  • Oversee Website & App Video Media
  • Manage and Organize Media Team and Production
  • Enhance Online Viewer Experience
  • Improving Current AV System as Needed

The following technical skills are required:

  • Online streaming audio and video services and the components to bring these to the online community. Current camera and lens technology, broadcast video technology, color correction, white balance, shading and switching. Knowledge of BlackMagic cameras, hubs, and ATEM switchers is a plus.
  • Recording to multiple forms of media
  • The use of ProPresenter and how it is used as part of the streaming service with photos, videos, lyrics, lower-third title bars, etc.
  • The use of Planning Center Online, scheduling staff, contractors and volunteers and cultivating a team
  • Apple and PC Windows based computer knowledge and how it pertains to the streaming service
  • Analog and Digital audio equipment including mixing for the online stream and local matrices using the Dante network
  • How the audio, video, lighting, and flow of a live service effects the quality of the stream
  • The use of digital audio consoles, wireless microphone in ear technology, Avioms, Dante, MADI and stage patching
  • Overseeing a clear and feedback free audio mix for worship and teaching with an existing installed PA
  • Preparing rooms requested for service use for broadcast or in house only
  • The effective use of Telex, RTS and other forms of wired/wireless communication
  • The use of a multi fixture house and theatrical lighting system that includes LED and lamp-based fixtures. (Basic lighting console knowledge)
  • The use of digital projection and digital in-house displays located throughout HOD

In addition, the CLM/HOD Live Production Manager should have working knowledge and the ability to train staff and volunteers in the following:

  • Online streaming audio and video services and the components to bring these to the online community. Current camera and lens technology, broadcast video technology, color correction, white balance, lighting, support graphics shading and switching.
  • Knowledge of Blackmagic cameras, hubs, and ATEM switchers.
  • Multiple forms of media, including all social media platforms, YouTube, etc.
  • The use of Planning Center, scheduling staff, contractors, and volunteers
  • Working knowledge of various audio, video, lighting, and special effects

The Details

Salary: 55-85k

Creative Media Producer/Director

Full-Time / On-Site Position – Fairland, OK 

The Role

The CLM Creative Media Producer/Director leadership position is a “Chief Storyteller,” communicating Kingdom impact through live production, studio work, and enhanced storytelling. They must be self-motivated and self-disciplined in areas of time management, budget-conscious project management, and building a team to achieve the goals of CLM set forth by leadership. We are looking for someone who is creative and able to shoot, edit, and share our message, and who also understands data-driven marketing and how to measure ROI. This person will serve in a leadership capacity, overseeing the wide dissemination of mission-driven ministry content. They will help determine story-telling direction, oversee content creation, and create according to plan.
