This club is designed to help disadvantaged children in Ma’ale Adummim in the West Bank by providing a safe and accepting place for them to go after school.

Why Therapeutic Gardens?

This program has witnessed emotional healing multiplied as the children see God’s restorative power demonstrated through creation. They currently have flower beds, a greenhouse, and an irrigation system.

We want to help fund additional gardens and supplies so even more children can experience firsthand restoration.

What Other Opportunities Does the After-School Club Provide?

When they can take part in the physical restoration and growth of a seed, they will begin to see their God-given identity and abilities. These identities and abilities are nourished through…

• Relational healing and advocating: These after-school clubs are a warm, supportive, and accepting environment. The staff works with social workers and facilitators, strengthening and restoring parent-child relationships and the families’ relationships with the schools.
• Tutoring and educational enrichment: The staff holds workshops to help the children with day-to-day schoolwork and facilitate professional training sessions.
• Hot meals: Sadly, disadvantaged children know what it feels like to go hungry. The after-school program provides hot meals for them in the afternoon and evening. They deserve to be physically nourished before they go to sleep at night.
