If your product arrives damaged and/or you are not satisfied, you may return the unused item(s) in its original packaging with any labels still attached for full reimbursement of the product (less original shipping and/or costs of returning the product) within 30 days after receiving the product. State and local sales tax may apply.

Yes, prices are shown on the website are in United States Dollars (USD). For Canadian customers, prices will be converted and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD) based on the conversion rate on the date your order is processed. HST, other taxes, and customs duties may apply.

• Who pays for customs fees/duties?

Customs fees/duties are not the responsibility of Curt Landry Ministries, therefore, Curt Landry Ministries will attempt to notify you by email or telephone of any package returned by customs for any reason. If the situation is resolved between you and customs, it will be your responsibility to pay for re-shipping your package to you. Curt Landry Ministries will not refund the returned product unless deemed our responsibility.

• Can I get a refund on a donation?

Donation refund requests are subject to investigation of the condition that an official tax receipt has not been previously issued prior to the refund request; otherwise, Curt Landry Ministries will not issue a refund.
