SUMMARY:Building Trust | How to Trust God in Every Season
DESCRIPTION:5787 Hebrew Calendar: http://curtlandry.com/calendar    \nService notes: https://curtlandry.com/notes \nHow do you build trust in God when life is uncertain\, circumstances are challenging\, or His plans don’t make sense? Learning to trust God begins with knowing His character\, remembering His faithfulness\, and allowing His Word to guide your decisions. \nProverbs 3:5–6 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts rather than relying on our own understanding. But how do we develop that kind of unwavering faith and confidence in God’s promises? \nJoin Pastor Tim Alsbaugh for “Building Trust\,” and discover how to strengthen your faith\, deepen your relationship with God\, and learn to trust Him through every season of life. \nThrough the life of King David and the wisdom of Proverbs\, discover how trust in God grows through our natural experiences\, spiritual experiences\, and the transformation of our hearts. \n3 ways to build your trust in God: \n1. Natural Experience — Remember God’s Faithfulness \nDavid learned to trust God through real-life experiences of hardship\, opposition\, and deliverance. Looking back on God’s faithfulness gave him confidence to face what was ahead. \nWhen we recognize God’s hand in our circumstances and remember how He has carried us through past challenges\, our trust in His faithfulness grows (2 Samuel 22:1–4). \n2. Spiritual Experience — Stand on the Truth of God’s Word \nTrust is strengthened as we seek God\, study His Word\, and learn to recognize His truth above our own understanding. \nGod’s Word provides the wisdom\, instruction\, and spiritual foundation we need to walk confidently in His ways. As we apply His truth to our lives\, we grow in spiritual maturity and learn to depend on His strength rather than our own (Proverbs 22:17–21). \n3. Heart Experience — Trust God with Every Area of Your Life \nTrue trust goes beyond what we know or experience. It becomes a matter of the heart\, expressed through surrender\, obedience\, and faithfulness. \nWhen we allow God’s truth to shape our hearts\, it transforms how we live\, make decisions\, honor Him with our resources\, and respond to life’s challenges (Proverbs 3:1–10). \nTrust in God is not built in a single moment. It grows through a relationship with Him\, remembering His faithfulness\, standing on His Word\, and choosing obedience even when we cannot see the outcome. \nJoin us and discover how to build stronger faith\, overcome uncertainty\, and trust God with your heart\, your decisions\, and your future! \nScripture References: 2 Samuel 22:1–4\, 31–34 | Psalm 9:10 | Proverbs 3:1–10 | Proverbs 22:17–21 \nShabbat Worship Services are held every Friday both in-person at House of David | One New Man Embassy and LIVE online!\nIn-person: 7:00 p.m. CT\nLIVE online: 7:30 p.m. CT\nOn-Site Location: House of David\, 22500 S Hwy 125\, Fairland\, OK 74343 \nWatch Online: curtlandry.com/live
